How our subscriptions are delivered, and what your options are if you need to cancel or request a refund.

Sakans products are digital subscription services — no physical goods are shipped. Therefore traditional "shipping" or "delivery" terms do not apply in the goods sense.
Once payment is approved, your account is activated immediately. Login credentials and account information are sent to your registered email address. Setup and migration support is included in the standard onboarding for paid plans.
We commit to high uptime; our live status page (sakans.com/en/status) shows current and historical availability. Outages and scheduled maintenance are announced via email and the status page.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals.
For free trials: cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. For paid subscriptions: because the service is delivered electronically and used immediately, refunds are not provided for elapsed periods. In exceptional cases (e.g., billing error on our side, service unavailability for a prolonged period that violates our SLA), please contact info@sakans.com — we review such cases case-by-case in good faith.
