Is the demo appointment free?

Yes — completely free. The 15-minute online demo is on us. Our specialist walks you through the product via screen share, listens to your needs and recommends the best-fit plan.

How long does setup take?

Sakans Connect typically takes 1–3 business days — depending on the number of marketplaces and product count. Celer AI is ready the same day. For TTMPRO, we complete the setup in a single 2-hour session.

How do I migrate my existing data?

We support bulk import via Excel / CSV for products, stock and order history. Our technical team stays with you during the migration — you won't lose any data.

How does support work?

We are reachable by phone, WhatsApp and email Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. For emergencies, our 24/7 WhatsApp line is active. Professional and higher plans include priority support.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Absolutely. As you grow, upgrade to a higher tier; if you scale down, switch to a lower one. Mid-month changes are billed pro-rata (day-based).

Where is my data stored — is it safe?

Your data is stored in Türkiye in ISO 27001 certified data centers with SSL encryption. Daily backups and KVKK (Turkish GDPR) compliance are standard. We never share your data with third parties.
