The agreement governing online purchases from Sakans under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation. Summary in English.
⚠️ This English text is an unofficial summary provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the Turkish original at https://sakans.com/mesafeli-satis. In case of any conflict between this summary and the Turkish version, the Turkish version prevails.
Seller: Sakans Yazılım Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti., Avcılar/Istanbul, Türkiye. Buyer: the natural or legal person purchasing a service via sakans.com.
Sale of subscription-based digital services (Sakans Connect, Celer AI, TTMPRO and related software products) — duration, price, payment terms, and the rights and obligations of both parties.
Subscription type, billing period and price are shown on the order page and confirmed in the invoice. VAT is included in TRY prices. Services are delivered electronically and made available to the Buyer immediately after payment is approved.
Payments are processed via a licensed payment provider (iyzico). Sakans does not store card details. Recurring subscription charges are processed automatically on the renewal date; cancellation must be made before the next renewal.
Consumer Buyers (individuals) have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Sales Regulation. Important: For digital services performed immediately and electronically, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer has consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal (as required by Article 15/1-g of the Regulation). By starting to use the service, the Buyer is deemed to have consented.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; already-paid periods are not refunded except as required by law.
For values under the threshold set by the Ministry of Commerce, Buyers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in their place of residence; for higher amounts, Consumer Courts in Istanbul are competent. The agreement is governed by Turkish law.
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control (natural disasters, outages of infrastructure providers, government measures, etc.).
